Midfielder Miguel Timm has officially joined Orlando Pirates after completing his transfer from the Marumo Gallants. Timm’s contract is for three years.

Timm has decided against extending his contract with the Gallants and instead will become a free agent with the Buccaneers.

The initial contract of the 30-year-old midfielder with his previous team was scheduled to expire at the end of June, at which point the player would have been free to join with any club of his choice.

Timm, along with Pirates’ other recent acquisitions, will reportedly be presented to the public in an official manner by the club prior to the commencement of Pirates’ preseason.
